Air france

Hi fellow travellers I would like to make all international travellers travelling from South Africa to Europe via Air France to please think twice before going the Air France or klm route. The airfrance ground staff in Paris are arrogant and very rude, no matter how polite you are they just don’t have any etiquete. Secondly we were forced to cut our holiday short in Europe and return to South Africa as my brother in law was ******ed on the 16 December 2022 they could not be bothered to assist and accommodate us I had to basically repurchase 5 new one way tickets back to South Africa. Then on arrival when found out that our luggage had been left behind due to the aircraft being overloaded. Two days later upon arrival I’m still waiting for my bag and I must deal with the courier company as Air France is not responsible for it. This is very one sided business etiquette we get penalised for delays in extreme circumstances like mine, for crying out loud my brother was killed, but they leave my luggage behind and their is no consequences for Air France this is shocking I will not fly Air France ever again
