bad workmanship

We contracted Air Display to do a signage job on our behalf. This was to be a disaster from the beginning. We were instructed to pay upfront prior to delivery as we did not have an account with them. This was done as per standard business practice. The whole job was rejected from the client as the workmanship was shocking besides that due dates were not met. Installation of the job started on the 19 January 2015 and to date has not been completed. This should take a maximum of three hours to complete. This shows the irresponsible and pathetic way this company operates. We have attempted on numerous occasions to contact Russel but to no success. He will how ever text us which I feel is a method of \children"communication. They have refused to even meet and see the problem and try come to an agreed solution.
