Really bad service from Air Cool Appliance Repairs

My side by side freezer/fridge stopped cooling on Jan 25th. Called Air Cool Appliance Repairs on same afternoon based on what is advertised / promised on their website (All work guaranteed ; Available 24/7 ; Highly qualified technicians etc ). They came that evening and determined the compressor needs to be replaced but they did not have the part and would come back the next day. They came after 9 am on Thursday Jan 26th. They fitted a new compressor, which appeared to be smaller than the original one ; they confirmed however this should work. After installation they insisted on being paid immediately either by cash or immediate bank transfer to a bank account communicated to me verbally. I however insisted that I will pay only to the bank account shown on the invoice that I requested be given to me for the service rendered. After 20 mn of waiting, the invoice came and I paid by immediate EFT. However, after 3 hours the freezer / fridge was still not working properly. I called them again and explained the situation. They promised to come the next day. They came the Friday Jan 27th after 12 pm, rechecked the fridge and confirmed again that everything is now ok. However 3 hours thereafter the freezer/fridge was still not working. I contacted them again but then only heard excuses : they are stuck at a customer' s site then their car has broken down ...etc they never came back and avoided further contacts. In the meantime I had to throw away a couple of thousands worth of food. I am forced to make another costly plan after having paid them a few thousands Rands, for a really bad service.
