Check in failure

Sept 2017,just spent 4 hours trying to check in online with air china OR thambo to Beijing, IT system failure on IT system failure on just plain bad design after bad design with very akward process flow in endless loops. Tried phoning their international numbers none of which gets answered or works. Use another airway if you can, this one is on the edge of collapse.
