Amex is the worse after service

What is the point of having an Amex card which is 4950 per year when you cannot book car travel at all the call centre is up to **** the Avis President Suite is even worse the service is the worse service anyone can ask for hold for 23 minutes to be cut off perfect Amex SA is the worse card anyone can ever get the perks are all good on paper but try useing it ! Since Thursday I have been trying to book a car and I am still waiting great stuff ****en worse service
