Air Botswana Not Refunding Cancelled Flights

I have been waiting for Air Botswana to refund the flights i was to take to Gaborone in July. I cancelled in time and i was told to send the documents and flight details to Johannesburg. I did speak with Lorraine Mo***eng and she told me the refund with be processed within 3 weeks. <br> <br> At the same time i also had to cancel my other flight from SAA and SA did refund my money back a month ago. Air Botswana please refund the money as you said you. They are keeping more than R7 000, it now going to more than 2 months still waiting for a refund
