Bangkok airways

<p>What terrible service this airline gives it was my birthday and I received things like flowers and balloons and they wouldn't let me check in with them, worse no one could help me get my bag after checking in to put my stuff in the checked in bag they telling me it's hard getting my bag back. Communication was terrible aswell no one wants to speak English </p>
