Luggage not included

I searched online for the best flight from Bangkok to ****et online and settled on Airaisa as they where the cheapest. Arriving at the airport only then was I informed that my baggage was not included. Making it the most expensive flight as I was forced to pay for excess baggage. I feel this is unacceptable as I should have been informed before the time.
