AIO Martkets a **** or not?

AIO is the third company in which I invested R 4500, for them to do automatic trading without involving a broker that keep pertering me.

All went well until 8 November 2024, when all of a sudden the trading was stopped. I tried to withdraw my money, but the platform would not allow me to withdraw. I am unable to contact anybody at AIO. Is this normal?
