Most Unprofessional Attorney's

I have had the pleasure of working with a few different conveyancing attorneys over the past few years and I will admit that Ainsworth Attorneys are by far the worst in the business.

A group of unprofessional individuals with very poor work ethics. Based on how the Director himself spoke to me it makes me think that the whole organisation is run unprofessionally. You cannot get a hold of them but they will contact you via all different avenues when suits them demanding all sorts of things. If you don't oblige they resort to and for their conveniences to deduct from proceeds of the sale or you will receive a call from one of their Directors like I did who will threaten to pull your file out the deeds office. When you need to get a hold of the Director guess what ... he's always busy with a client and he will not return your call not even after hours!!! Their instructions are contradictory. They will hold hostage the proceeds of your sale on matters that are not in legislation and when you ask them to submit relevant documentation that supports that course of action obviously no documents are emailed in support. Promising you a smooth transfer but what you receive is far from it. They resort to taking sides. Stay far away from this company. They will cause a whole lot stress and anxiety.

At this time I am left to assume that Ainsworth Attorneys were referred to me by the Sales Agent. This unfortunately cannot be confirmed as the sales agent and conveyancer failed to reply to query.

My review is based on first hand experience with a whole thread of emails and other evidence to substantiate my claims.
