Subscription and customer service

If you are 100% sure that online trading is for you this product will work. I wanted training and Aimx offered training and a simulation program where I could train and do simulated trades in real time. This part was all good. Now the reason for the low rating. After 6 months of training I decided to stop; and Aimx does not allow you to stop. (I did reach the 40% profit ratio in certain weeks, but my average is 38%). Aimx only wants the rest of the purchase money and do not take no for an answer. You get zero support when trying to stop the subscription. I have sent 5 e-mails and not 1 reply answered any question I asked. Each reply stated a different reason I am not allowed to stop. In the last e-mail I quoted the signed Aimx contract where it stated I had to “choose” if I wanted to proceed. Since then, I have not received any replies.
