No assistance, no helpline, no communication

<div>I am very unhappy with AimX due to false pretentious, no assistance, can not get them to answer me, want to cancel and seems like it will be a struggle. The consultant came and was very persuasive about Aimx product to use for trading, he explained that Aimx will assist by giving trade signals daily and that we will be able to trade first using money that they will give us and they will open a trading account at our bank, only us will have access to the account which sounded great. It will take 7 days to open and then a technician will contact us to give training how to trade, he also show us how we will money to pay the said amount for the software and monthly fee in order not to use our own money. Also explained that there is other companies where first you train on free money game which they don't do. When we signed the documents it was not explained and we excepted what he has explained to us and was ready to get the training to start. 7 days past and technician contact us and only shows us the simulation, where we must look for stocks to buy, not how to read it or make it easier to understand, only look at best gainers, I also asked if this is now free money play which he then explained that we need to get 40% gain on play money (Not real money) to actually start trading with real money which was not indicated and explained to us when consultant was here, if I knew that I would not have signed up and then they want us to pay a monthly fee for playing a free simulation game without any proper training or assistance.

I have mailed them to indicate the false pretentious and I would like to cancel my contract which I was still in the cooling off period where they emailed me back that I need to use the Simulation and get 40%, they will get a technician to contact me to assist/train me to get 40%, I then mailed them again, phoned to indicate I am not playing a free game for 6 months and a monthly fee will be deducted for this and no assistance from their side. I have also tried to make contact with the technician without any luck.

AimX is not communicating correctly, no assistance or help line which is unacceptable, quickly to take your money and talk all the nice stuff in order to get the sale but the after sale assistance is nilll. I have asked now numerous times to cancel and get my money back but it falls on death ears.</div>
