waiting over a month for dvd to be repaired
Bought a aim dvd player and speakers at pick n pay oribi plaza Port shepstone. I had the product for not even a month and then it would not turn on, I took it back to pick n pay and was told by a manager by the name of Nita that it would not take long to repair, that was on the 27th August. I asked why it was not replaced in the first place because according to the consumer policy, one should replace an item if it is returned before a month (apologies if I'm misinformed about that information), to be told by Nita that this is not the case with aim. I was told about two weeks ago that they waiting for a part. My problem is not with pick n pay but with aimThis is unacceptable from aim. I cannot find the contact details for aim to speak to them directly because I am leaving it for pick n pay to keep in contact with them.
