Replacement remote

My name is Kebawetse Leah Montsho. I bought an AIM 32 Inch TV years back at pick n pay in Campus Square. The remote of the TV is no longer working. TV is stuck on the usb mode and and struggling to remove it from the usb mode. I have been trying to buy a replacement remote but with no luck. I contacted the pick n pay in Campus square where I bought the TV and asked them if they have a replacement remote but with luck I was told that they dont sell remotes for those TV''s I need to look for a store that sells the remotes. But with no luck I am still not able to find the store that sells the replacement remote for the TV.

The model of the TV is S/N:MT-K092215 LOT: 221418 XHT101131 Manufactured : January 2011 Remote Control Model No : RC-J36

I would like someone to assist me with regards to this matter agently.
