Aim Smart TV

I bought my AIM "Smart" TV from Shelly Beach Pick and Pay. I have been struggling to load my email address on the Google Play Store. I am unable to load my Neflix Account. I have now tried so many things to make the TV work. I have wasted R 4999 for a Smart Less TV.
