AIM brand is unquality and un fair.

I bought aim HD TV at pick n pay wonderboom November 2022, the TV started showing lines and not working or showing anything now they say they can't fix the TV because I don't have a box but yet have proof purchase. This a total unfair act of customer service because we pay for this it's not free.
