Broken promises, unpaid balance, zero communication

Did two transactions with them. The first transaction they kept making excuses not to pay me an outstanding amount of R15k, every time you question it, they have an excuse of waiting for someone else to pay them (which was not mentioned on the day of transaction). Second transaction, once again not was originally discussed, they took all my estate weapons and was to purchase it directly from me, after it was carried over to dealer stock, suddenly they will no longer purchase the weapons and will be sold on my behalf. Still no feedback from them and it has been over 6 months. I will not recommend.
