Worst customer service and breach of contract

I was promised a full refund prior to my booking, should I cancel my 15 day stay. I cancelled the day before, after having paid the total stay in full, and was told no refund is possible and that I should find someone to stay in my place instead. I even offered to pay the mentioned penalty at the current time but they refused. The owner (Wisdom) has been ignoring my calls ever since.
