What a disastrous Company

I know these people do not respond, the reason for which is obvious - complete lack of ethics and professionalism.I have a Nedbank Hospital Cash Plan underwritten by them, the call centre for which is in the Philippines. I phoned, they issued a claim number, told me the documents to send, but because of their poor English, I could not understand the email address. I tried to find out from the issuer of the policy which is Nedbank, but it was hopeless the incompetence i encountered is beyond belief, the best they could do was switch me through (after I gave them the number) to to Manila. Eventually, I found an email address for AIGSA on the Web and sent the documents through, only to be sent some irrelevant forms. This morning I received a call from an agent offering me more insurance, obviously they thought this is what I sought due to my contact via the web site. when I explained that I was waiting for a claim to be honoured, I was promised I would be phoned before the end of the day. As is to be expected from a failed company the remnants of which only exists because the American Federal Reserve bailed them out of their financial mess, this did not happen.Shameful.
