unending claim and wasting my time

On Tuesday the 23rd I submitted a claim at Aig via a phone call and the agent I spoke to was very helpful and professional pity I don't remember her name, she gave me my claim number n whilst we were still talking she sent me an email with my adjusters details. She also told me that the supporting documents I needed are, copy of my ID, hospital accounts, bank statement and motivational letter from my doctors as well as my leave form from work ofwhich i told her that I do not have tht because I work for myself. <br> <br> On the letter she sent via email the supoorting documents included things that had nothing to do with my injury or AIG like my blood results n stuff, I sent the things she he adviced on the phone, banking details bc I wanted to use a diff acc,id copy, hosp acc n motivational letter.<br> <br> The following day they asked for my banking details again I sent them then Friday I was told my claim is now being handled by Loretta I emailed her she never responded and today it's day 5 they send me an email asking for things that has nothing to do with my injury.<br> <br> I am very angry and dissapointed I guess their website n policy schedule is just lies.
