They running away for payments, Aig.
Good morning I would like to complain about aig for rejecting my claim and I think it's for the 2nd or 3rd time now, they don't wanna pay but they deducting premiums each and every month. My claim number is 915.

I Zilungile Memela with claim number ***za, would like to state that I'm not happy with AIG service, I submitted my claim on the 23rd of September but it's not paid, they normally say they finalized within 5 days. I sent every documentation on the 23rd but last week they told me that they didn't receive the file while I'm sure that I sent it so I sent again twice, please process and finalize my claim asap.

I would like to complain about Aig for delaying my payments for claim number ***za. If you send the motivation letter they no longer accepting the first one but they request the second one, my gynecologist said he won't write the second letter as it will be the same as the first one.
Please pay your clients on time don't play with me while you deduct your premiums.

Aig ***za just phoned informing me that they won't pay because I was supposed to be out patient, how could I know that because it's Dr Kesenes decision, he was the one who was treating me. Aig has changed a lot and I won't advise anyone to take policy with them.
