Service over and above

<p>I have been at loggerheads with AIG regarding a policy my mom had. I was chased to and fro, until Janine Ronne contacted me. She assisted me in any way possible. It is important to say that she really changed my way of viewing AIG, and she is an asset to the company. AIG, well maybe ABSA could learn a thing or two from you!! I am impressed with the latter service and feedback I received daily.</p>
