RACIAL ************** AND FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION

So my parent had a hospital cover with AIG , on the 27 December she passed away after having been hospitalised . She died in a hospital far away from my home where she eventually got buried. After burial and all I returned to another province where I reside. I submitted the claim to AIG and a lady by the name of Lerato Mapaletsebe responded to my claim submission that

I need to WRITE A MOTIVATION FOR THE CLAIM, MUST PHYSICALLY GO TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE SHE DIED FOR DOCTOR'S REPORT and that only when these have been sent will my claim be attended to. I informed her that the DEATH certificate is there as an AUTHENTIC document to validate that she passed away, the BI 1663 form has ALL the details of the hospital she passed away from including the information of the doctor who treated her during the period of her hospitalization so if they need to verify anything the contact numbers that are there can be of use. She vehemently refused to do so saying that I need to physically go there, I told her I stay in another province, my parent died in another and was buried in another so why must I incur financial costs on something that can be done by phone and through emails? she repeatedly told me that then the claim WILL OT BE PAID.

I feel AIG is a *****ULET COMPANY THAT USES BLACK PEOPLE in particular to rake money through monthly premiums but upon time to pay they use all tricks in the book to deny pay-outs
