Prospective clients beware
In January 2014, yes 2014, my car was perfectly parked in a school arking lot when someone drove into the car. I saw the incident as I was leaving the school and changed details with the person who also apologised (in writing also admitting complete responsibility).
Now midway through 2015 (18 months later), I am still waiting for my claim to be paid through AIG. Each time I request feedback, every 2 months the standard response is not yet as they waiting for the other person that caused the damage insurance.
Every communication in the past 18 months has been initiated by me and the 1 line responses are getting annoying.
INSURER BEWARE WHEN SELECTING AIG AAS YOUR INSURER, you will probably be given the same treatment.
