NON PAYMENT DUE TO BTS CODE
To date we sent our letter to AIG ESCALATIONS, no response so we need to go to the OBUDSMAN

Referring to your reply i to date have no response from AIG.

Please read your policies they change like weather, CLINIC do not have the same codes as HOSPITALS.

they use oncology code 96.4 and AIG expects the to use the code 38220 or 38221 for bone
marrow biopsy. The procedure was done the have all the report from the Laboratories and
Medstream oncology and AIG has all the forms completed by the doctor yet they will not accept this. So we will se what the OBUDSMAN says
