No help from AIG

So I complaint on Hello peter, I was contacted and was sai that my contact person will be Pamela Zondi. The guy who called me about the complaint was gonna call back, its a week later and I would like to know how I will be assisted if I don't know how to get a hold of Pamela and if they are investigating what are they investigating. So somehow within 21 days after investigation I will still be nowhere. I will also not call the office to look for this people because my airtime gets waisted and than you still don't get to the correct person. This is pathetic.
