INSURANCE *******

I submitted a small claim to AIG LIFE SOUTH AFRICA, I have a surgery policy. My claim was rejected, I queried this and was advised that I was not hospitalised. This was not an in hospital claim so I sent the copy of the policy which states HOSPITAL - DAY CLINIC. So we submit again as they made an error, only to get rejected again because the Cancer Clinic does not have the same codes as a Hospital??? SO PLEASE CHECK ALL YOUR INSURANCES WE ARE BEING TAKEN FOR A RIDE, and at the end of the day when we not around our families will loose the claims we thought we provided for because of a code????
