*********** STAFF: Requested policy documents on 9 & 15 Oct 20. They gave a REFNR 873950 spoke to ZAMA. They did not sent POLICY document as requested. Chartis Life Policy Nr. *** in the name of JA Fritz (my father) deduct an amount of R87,98 EVERY MONTH.
