I was involved in an accident on 2 April 2025 while driving for uber and safered severe injuries which was spleen removal and fractured leg,I file a claim with them and submitted all complete documents which were all hospital files and currently medical reports they stated they send it for medical review only to come back and asked me this . Please resend the documents and label them from 1 to 14,or advise from the submitted documents which document is number 1 up to the last document number 14. A copy of the Accident Report/Incident Report Indicate the functional impairments and express as a % the extent of possible permanent disability A full and final medical report from the attending Specialist concerning his report on the extent of the permanent disability Which is clearly stated in the hospital file,medical report ,physiotherapy report and radiology report this is all not pay me
