Chartis Life? Or is it AIG INSURANCE

I have deductions for a Cancer Care Policy from Chartis Life. Is Aig and Chartis Life the same company? I received no documentation or policy number from them. I have no idea how to cancel this policy. How can a policy be issued without documentation and contact numbers. Can anyone help with a contact number? I've tried the following numbers and no luck... *** *** ***
