Chartis Life Insurance
I have a monthly deduction for a Chartis Life Insurance policy and I have no details about it. I never received any documents, I have no layout of what I am paying for or what my benefits are. I don't even have a policy number but the deductions have been going off each month for years. I am unable to reach anyone for help, all I know is that it was activated through FNB and even they cannot provide any feedback. Please help
