CANCELLATION OF FUNERAL POLICY
Received an email from AIG, notifying me that my policy will be cancelled on the 31 January 2024, giving me 3 months notice.... SO IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO ME FROM 01 FEBRUARY 2024 TO 31 MARCH 2024, I will not be covered, because ALL policies have a 6 months waiting period.
After paying my premium for more than 5 years, I am really sad that you don't even give us a reason for cancelling our policies AND we still need to pay our premiums till the end of January 2024. Taking my money for 5 years + and just not caring of whatever happens.... Just treat your customers like this....
