APPALLING ATTITUDE FROM STAFF MEMBERS

I received such bad attitude from a staff member who was handling my claim, her name is Dzivhuluwani Madzungunya. It all started when I omitted to include my claim number in the subject line which is something she never mentioned I should do in the first place. I was shouted at and it all went south afterwards. The omission of a claim number did not warrant such rude behaviour and was not something I would have spent my time arguing about. It was petty and I would have let this incident go however the bad attitude escalated to delaying processing my claim by 4 days. Thereafter I sent my fianc?e to collect my documents from her offices. When he arrived there,Dzivhuluwani was told by reception that he is there, she said she was coming then went home. Leaving my fianc?e waiting for over 45mins &finally he left emptyhanded.
I sent an email to her manager, Trevern Naidoo explaining the situation and me being mistreated. This proved to be no help as Trevern also responded with comment suggesting that I take the matter to court as they are not going to resolve it.
I expected more from someone in a managerial position and it has become clear to me that these are the values AIG lives by.
