Answer to reply from customer care team
The reply I received from the Customer Care Team is absolutely ridiculous. They admitted that they received the diabetic chart but they want the daily glucose levels. The daily glucose levels is on the diabetic chart. Mr RK Jacobs was not admitted for diabetes. His diabetes is under control. He does not even use medication for diabetes. His hospital admissions had nothing to do with diabetes. Lerato Mapaletsebe and Loretta King is frustrating me. Please refer the claims to other examiners.
