Amazing Service and Customer Handling

I've been searching for travel insurance that covers medical helicopter airlifting out of a canyon in another country and a company that doesn't consider it to be Search and Rescue. Kerusha was meticulous in looking up the policy and referring me to the claims department who would be able to hear my hypothetical scenarios out and tell me whether their policy would work for me or not.
