Always something else needed when you claim

Another claim, another excuse.<br> I was admitted to hospital on 01 June 2015 with hypertension and tachycardia. I was discharged on 12 June 2015. I submitted my claim to AIG and got a call from them thos morning. They need a motivation letter from the treating doctor. My issue, this is not the first time that this happens. Everytime that I've submitted a claim (on my behalf or my deceased moms behalf), they need something else. I was diagnosed with Multiple Schlerosis last year. I've been suffering with the flu since mid May 2014. Headaches, high blood pressure and irregular heart beat was the cause that I was admitted to hospital. I tested positive for tick fever and swine flu. Now AIG is questioning the lenghty stay in hospital. My opinion is they are actually questioning the ability of the doctor. I have to wait 2 weeks to get the motivation as the doctor is on leave and then I have to pay him R180 to write the motivation. This means I would probably only get the letter in 3 weeks time and only then AIG will assess my claim. Rediculous!
