AIG’s toll free number is NOT toll free!!
AIG South Africa claim to have ‘toll free’ number on their website for the Johannesburg office...but guess what? That number is not toll free. I called this number trying to get assistance, and was put through to someone...I was put on hold for 15 minutes and hadn’t been assisted yet, then suddenly my airtime finished! What a joke. Using this as way of getting clients to call. Don’t say your number is toll free when it’s not! People are being deceived here. This is false advertising!
