AIG Wont Pay for Covid Hospitation

So i have had a policy since 2003 - Paid every monthe no fail no late payments. I had Covid - was in Hospital 6 days . So i sent a claim to AIG. Well the stress will put me back in hospital with a stroke. I sent all Docs - Hospital bills - X rays bills - path Lab bills . I sent a report as why the Dr put me in hospital . I sent the positive lab results. They wont pay out- a measly R3000 . I need a blood test - They did not do one - The path lab test is not good enough. Even the drs report - On their form is not good enough. He is a well know physician. All this is not proof that i was in hospital for a legitimate reason - Like i was on oxygen and intravenious antibiotics - injections for anti clotting and a heep of other meds . There were no blood tests done for Covid as the Path lab was enough and Xrays showed Covid pneumonia. They wont pay. PLEASE DONT TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH THEM THIS IS A ****. My Medical paid for a holiday it seems !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
