AIG - Use Another Company

I placed a claim on 6 December 2021.

I did not receive anything until getting extremely upset regarding the lack of response. My first look at their proposed settlement was on 22 February 2022.

Due to numerous concerns with it I sent a complaint to the ombudsman.

After reaching settlement on 22 March 2022 and sending same, payment was promised within 14 business days.

None was received despite numerous requests chasing it up until today.

I am still waiting.

If this is the kind of service you expect to receive from an insurer. use them. if not, use someone else is my personal opinion based on my personal experience.
