AIG ;RELUCTANT TO PAY MOTOR VEHICLE CLAIM : SHOCKING SERVICE

A window fell out of our building onto a motor vehicle causing damages of approximately R13800. We put in a claim for the repair of the window plus repair of the motor vehicle - the claim for the window was paid out but not for the motor vehicle. We have had endless problems just trying to get the claim registered and have acknowledged in writing to AIG that this was the full responsibility of our company yet NOBODY has come back to us from AIG either directly nor through our broker. it is disgusting that the poor guy whose car was damaged has to wait to be paid out. Shocking service all round
