AIG REFUSES TO PAY OUT PTSD BUT IT IS STIPULATED IN THEIR POLICY
Had a policy for years, claimed for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder PTSD. Claimed denied, said it is not covered. I had to send my policy to them to show that it has cover, and then I had some mail regarding *****, and I said it was not *****, long story short, they apologized and escalated it. Ayanda James was very helpful and always followed up, and then escalated it to Marylyn Lewis, since Oct 2021- I have emailed her and she does not even reply. I have asked her , who she reports to, so that I can escalate - but zero reply. Lets see, AIG will now probably say it is a stale claim, as they have taken no time to reply - - quick to take your money but find every reason to repudiate the claim, even after you have sent them proof of their POLICY schedule with PTSD cover
