AIG are not reachable
Hi have tried all morning to reach AIG to received medical cover for my trip. I have emailed the the address given on the website which keeps bouncing back, then i have called all the numbers given but it says press "whichever" number etc and when I do it cuts off.
I go on their site to find a number to complain to and guess what no number for complaints - only email - I have a policy with them now for my travels but need to query this and add on medical. Come on AIG it should not be this difficult???
