Walk away and refuse to help

The short version of the most horrid experience of my life is that Aida Kempton Park will not assist you or take any responsibility for any buyer they bring you. I put my property on the market, and Aida brought me a cash buyer which were going to pay me in installments. YES I KNOW I WAS AN ABSOLUTE IDIOT !!! But I believed them when they said all their buyers are pre-qualified! Nothing can wrong! The will assist me if anything goes wrong! <br> <br> Let me tell you its all lies !!!<br> <br> These so called buyers moved into my house in October, paid occupational rent and deposit upfront! Then when the first installment was due ! They never paid. Then the next months rent became due ! They never paid ! and here we are 7 months down the line, i am out of pocket. I admit the financial loss is my own fault for trusting.<br> <br> All AIDA can say \We are closing our file"- i have asked them to please provide me with documents such as identity numbers or any such documents that would / could assist me in removing these people from property"
