Unpleasant experience
<p>My experience with AIDA properties was not a good one at all, i would not refer or advice anyone to deal with them. As for me, they will never deal with me again.</p>
I dealt with Nomalanga and Rishen, the house offer was signed 12 Sep 2016 and Nomalanga said the process would take 4months max. After delays in the property being registered and me moving out on the advice of Nomalanga and her attorney (Jouberts Attorneys) that the house should register the end of November, it never materialized, December went by also and still i was paying the bond and had moved out. they are the worst people to deal with if you want to sell your house.
