Unfair exit treatment

I was a special cliend when was signing a contract to rent one of the houses AIDA was renting out in 59 aero road Valhalla. They promised me a pleasent stay with a great service until the end. Well it was pleasent while I was paying rebt well ahead of time and right in the end of our contract I was nothing to them. For many months we had reported the toiled was mulfunctioning and ultimately stopped flushing. With only less than a year staying at the property, the toilet probably started malfunctiong long ago. At the agent's response he promised to fix it which he never did nor he told us that its our baby to fix. We stayed all this time under the promise that they will fix. We complained about the pipe in the kitcken that it was leaking water, the agent came to tighten the pipe which in the end stopped coming out hot water at all. We used the kitchen without hot water. I reported this without response at all.

On the 31st of January was my last day of lease after my contract was extended by two months from the original contract. On the 28th January the agent came to evaluate the house but Unfortunately my fone was on silent and I missed his calls. For that the agent got very angry at me. I then repeatedly apologised. On friday the 1st february we evaluated the house where he told me that he is going to claim money to fix toilet from my deposit. I told him what we had talked about but to him it was like we never talked abt anything. Secondly, just because my gardener missed a 1 meter high lying spot of grass while cutting the grass and 2 metres of high lying grass out of a almost 900m2 yard full of grass that i paid him R400 to cut, the agency said to me he is going to decuct R100 just because he missed those small spots. Regardless of that the yard is very big that all the big places were neat. We complained about other things but they were rarely fixed.

On our contract, nothing was signed about fixtures rules. We packed our decoder and our explora dish since you cannot buy an explora dish without a decoder and since our contract didnt restrict me for something like that. I removed only the dish and left the cables attached to the house. To my surprise the owner of the house called me and shouted at me that he will be taking a whole lot of money from my deposit when we didnt sign any clause about fixures.

There were 2 other wall damages to the house that I have to take account to. But im afraid the agent made me sign an evaluation document without writting down the details of all the things he is going to deduct for. As I stand my complains were not attended to and im afraid that the agent is going to deduct my deposit even on things I never agreed to.

I try to get hold of the agent but he ignores me totally

Please someone at AIDA intervene and help us reach a fair standing of this matter
