totally disgustng

I have now had enough of these people I have kept quite for months I go into this branch very often and enquire about properties they have advertised in there windows I have left both email address and contact numbers many many times I have even complained to the so called branch manager who's rude daughter is one of the so called estate agents about this and ? when I ask about a property I either get told its sold or offer pending. only to find out from the poor receptionist that the latest one I was interested was not sold the client didn't get the bond but nobody even bothered to contact me and I wouldn't have know if not for the receptionist I was today supposed to go and look at said property with Nadia I walked down to the property and stood from 11-45 to 12-10 waiting for her NOT TO ARRIVE! no email no sms's and no phone call to explain I have worked in customer service/ law my whole live and I have NEVER SEEN SUCH DISGUSTING service you obviously don't need clients or sales!! the only person there who has the decency to talk to me or answer me is Hedley
