Terrible service from Nadia the agent

Worst service. The agent Nadia promised us an empty garage but after 6 months still we don't have an empty garage. The agent gave our gate keys to handymen who walk in anytime and since then several goods from the lapa have gone missing. These handymen further tell us that they have permission to be on the property and we must mind our own business. They even scared my son who was terrified of going out in the yard to play. When we confronted this handyman we were told since we were renting we had no right to question them and that the owner had all the right ....to even go through our goods!!! Terrible terrible service. Further when we tried contacting Nadia with all these complaints we never got any response despite leaving several messages.
