Rental agents poor delivery AIDA

Poor contract management for lack of better word. i had a lease with AIDA Rentals PTA north and had escalated numerous issues with house hold to them most crucial however City of Tshwane Rates and Taxes and all miscellaneous charges added to that fact. Even though i wrote them monthly and called them to ask for this matter to be resolved it wasn't. Upon termination of lease its now a battle where i got my legal team involved and taking the matter to the tribunal. I believe this agencies run a **** where they keep the deposit and generate interest on that and keep that money.
