Problems with deposit payout!!!

We have rendered a house from Aida for only 4 months. And what an absolute joke that franchise is, first no proper in-inspection was done, nor out inspection, now when it comes to the deposit payout there is millions of excuses, delay our deposit for over a month an as per law deposit needs to be paid out within 21 days the lastest! Still have excuses.. The service is poorer as poor, i will never in my life rent a house from Aida nor buy a house through them they just want to eat your money..for those who who is renting a house please dont take the sales agents excuses, they are there to eat your money. Stand up for your rights dont let them walk over you..
