Misleading Advert

I'm Very disappointed by AIDA estate they have advertised the Property in Brakpan when I call and enquire about the availability the Agent agreed that the property is available. but when I request to view so that I can buy Suddenly the Price has increased which is higher than the Advertised Amount.
